C: Barbell Rollout (3×10)

D: Row (3x15cal)

E: 90 Second Rest (3×90)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 7
2 Bar MU
4 TGU 50/35 (2 on each side)
6 Ring Push-ups

2 Bar MU=2 C2B pull-up= 2 Chin over bar pull-up
Try to connect those 2 MUs
