From the rack

• Start in Snatch Grip BTN

• Slow dip and drive the bar up

• Rotate shoulders and lock out elbows

• Heaving Snatch Balance

• Dip and drive

• Moving your feet and locking your elbows out at the same time

• Overhead squat
