Round 1 – -1 – 2 – Slip – 4 – 3 – Rear Body Kick-(R)Check Kick – Rear Body Kick – 3 – Rear Low Kick

Round 2–1 – Body 1 – 2 -3-(L)Head Hook – Rear Long Knee

Round 3- Pyramid Round Kick, Alternating leg each time. 1 to 10 then back to 1, repeat
