1 Front squat

1 Push Press

1 Back squat

1 Push Press

1 set of bear complex is 1 rep. Complete each set of bear complex without dropping the bar. If you drop the bar, it’s no rep

Must be power cleaned then front squat, Squat clean is not allowed. Front squat/back squat to push press can be done by thrusters
