As teams of 2


50m Farmers Carry @Body weight

15 DB Bench Press 50s/35s

15 DB Power Cleans 50s/35s

On the clock starts, partner A start 50m Farmers Carry, Partner B starts as many rounds and reps possible of 15 DB BP and 15 DB PC. When A returns, switch.

Post total rounds plus extra DB reps for the score each team
