Have you always wanted to try CrossFit but were too intimidated or thought it wasn’t for you?

Here is a great opportunity for you to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. With a certified and experienced CrossFit trainer, you will be provided with personal coaching and guidance.

How long is the course?

4 weeks- 12 Classes 

3 week introduction to CrossFit fundamentals, 4th week experience regular CrossFit classes as beginners

When does this start?

It starts when we have minimum 3 members are ready. 3 times a week, We will try our best to customize your group’s schedule.
