How long is the course?
4 weeks- 12 Classes
3 week introduction to CrossFit fundamentals, 4th week experience regular CrossFit classes as beginners
When does this start?
It starts when we have minimum 3 members are ready. 3 times a week, We will try our best to customize your group’s schedule.
